How to Study Torah
Hi, I'm Mona Balogh. Welcome to Study Torah! I hope you find the website helpful and easy to use.
Please click button below READING OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS to listen to my brief introduction and reading of th e Ten Commandments. If you wish to follow along you can download a copy by clicking the button PDF Interlinear Ten Commandments.
The website has three simple to use sections:
1. Hebrew Lessons: a complete 6 week video course on how to read, write, and understand Biblical Hebrew, with a pdf of the Hebrew lesson book;
2. Parashas: the 54 parashas, or Torah Portions that are read every week in synagogue, the Jewish place of worship. Click on the parasha calendar to find the parasha that is read the week we are currently in. Each parasha comes with a pdf of the Hebrew, and an mp3 recording of it;
3. Blog: a blog site, featuring yours truly, Mona Balogh.
